Dedicated Infrastructure

Projects can run on their own dedicated server — fully isolated from other customers. Your services get guaranteed CPU, RAM, and disk with no noisy neighbours. Ideal for production workloads that need predictable performance.

Setting up dedicated infrastructure

  1. Open your project Settings
  2. Go to Infrastructure
  3. Click Enable Dedicated Server
  4. Choose a server type and location
  5. Click Provision

Provisioning takes a few minutes. You can follow every step live in the dashboard:

  • Server creation on Hetzner
  • Network configuration
  • Service deployment
  • Route switching

Once ready, all your project’s services run on the dedicated server. Traffic is routed directly to it.

What changes

When dedicated infrastructure is active:

  • DNS points to the dedicated server’s public IP instead of the shared ingress
  • Custom domains resolve to the dedicated server
  • All services in the project run on the dedicated VM
  • No resource sharing with other customers

Your services still deploy the same way — git push, dashboard, or API. The only difference is where they run.

Requirements

  • Admin role required to provision
  • Available on all plans (billing is separate from plan cost)

Decommissioning

To return to shared infrastructure:

  1. Go to project SettingsInfrastructure
  2. Click Disable Dedicated Server
  3. Services are migrated back to shared compute nodes

The dedicated server is decommissioned and billing stops.
